Lumberjack Direct Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumberjack Direct. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth and satisfactory experience with your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Custom Orders: Custom and special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout or upon request.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Additional fees may apply for oversized items.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by shipping location and carrier but are generally estimated as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not account for potential delays by the carrier.

3. Oversized and Freight Shipping

  • Large or Heavy Items: Certain large or heavy items require freight shipping. These items will have specific rates and delivery windows based on the delivery location and will be indicated at checkout.
  • Freight Delivery: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be prepared to inspect items upon arrival, as freight deliveries may require a signature.

4. International Shipping

  • Availability: At this time, Lumberjack Direct ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. If your shipping address falls within a restricted area, you will be notified at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, including photos of the damage and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order as necessary.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or lack of response to a delivery attempt, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to re-ship the package.

9. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occur. Lumberjack Direct is not liable for delays outside of our control, though we will assist in tracking and updating you on any unexpected delays.
